Welcome to Fire Home (消防之家) at www.119zj.cn (“Site”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before you register, sign in, or use the Site. By clicking accept or by using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The service The Site aligns with the public Fire Home service at www.119zj.cn: fire maintenance, inspection, assessment, fire technical services, and knowledge sharing—including national and industry standards, laws, local standards and local regulations, application documents, articles, topics, news, membership, circles, and supply/demand style features (subject to what we actually offer). We may add, change, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts and eligibility You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
3. Your content and intellectual property You may post comments, submissions, or other materials in compliance with law and these Terms. You represent that you have rights or permission to post such content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You retain ownership of your original content. You grant the Site a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, and format-convert your content as needed to operate the Site. After you delete content, we will remove it within reasonable limits where technically feasible, except where retention is required by law or the content was lawfully made public. Materials on the Site (including compilations, page design, logos, and software) are protected by copyright and other laws; do not copy, distribute, or exploit them commercially without permission.
4. Prohibited conduct You must not: (a) violate laws or endanger national security or public order; (b) promote hatred, discrimination, terrorism, violence, obscenity, pornography, gambling, or crime; (c) defame, harass, or infringe others’ privacy, reputation, or IP; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Site, systems, or networks, or access data without authorization; (e) spread false or misleading information; spam or harass others; or (f) engage in other unlawful or abusive conduct. 5. Fire and regulatory content Technical materials, regulations, standards, cases, and articles on the Site are for general learning and reference only. They are not professional advice for any specific project, product selection, enforcement, or legal matter. Official texts and qualified on-site judgment prevail. You assume risks arising from decisions based on Site content; seek licensed professionals for important matters.
6. Changes, interruptions, and termination The Service may be interrupted or changed due to maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, network issues, business adjustments, or legal requirements. We will try to minimize impact but are not liable for indirect losses. You may stop using the Site at any time. We may terminate access for serious breaches of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues caused by force majeure, third parties, your own conduct, or your equipment. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the disputed service in the twelve months before the claim (if the service is free, to a reasonable limit).

9. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (mainland), excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in the courts of competent jurisdiction where the operator is located.
10. Changes to these Terms We may revise these Terms. We will post updates on the Site and may highlight material changes. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
11. Miscellaneous If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains valid. These Terms, together with other rules or announcements we publish, govern your use of the Site; specific product rules may apply where they conflict, subject to mandatory law.
